VP of Title & Operations
JobTracks is seeking a hands-on, high-accountability leader to run daily operations as the Founder's operational second-in-command. The VP of Title & Operations will manage title and escrow files, lead a team of approximately 12 staff, and design scalable processes to optimize operations.

Responsibilities
Own Operations: Manage title and escrow files from open to close. Identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies — and fix them
Lead the Team: Manage ~12 staff, set clear expectations, coach, and build trust through results
Optimize Systems: Be the internal SoftPro expert, maintain workflows, and ensure team adoption
Scale the Business: Design scalable processes, help hire and onboard as the team grows
Qualification
Required
10+ years in title agency operations
Hands-on experience as a title processor and/or escrow officer
Preferred
Experience at both a title agency and underwriter
Scaling teams or operations
High emotional intelligence + decisive execution
Proven people-management skills
Ownership mindset — accountability is non-negotiable
Advanced SoftPro experience (admin experience preferred)
Ability to work in-office 2–3 days/week in Greater Philadelphia
