Responsibilities
Assemble and set up new equipment including agricultural, turf, and compact equipment
Perform pre-delivery inspections according to equipment standards
Install attachments and accessories as needed or required
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Accurately complete setup documentation and checklists
Work closely with sales and service teams to meet timeline
Qualification
Required
Must have adequate personal set of tools to perform work responsibilities
Experience operating vehicles, tools, and equipment used in machinery pre-deliver and set-up processes, and for maintenance purposes
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Work independently with little or no supervision, self-motivated
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
Basic computer functions experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license required
Preferred
CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
Forklift certification
