Responsibilities
Serve as the lead Netskope ZTNA SME/Architect for secure third-party access (contractors, vendors, M&A users)
Design and guide clientless/browser-based and agent-based ZTNA solutions aligned with enterprise IAM integrations
Partner with IAM, networking, and security teams to build a scalable, production-ready access framework
Drive policy development, testing, and validation in lab and production environments
Lead technical demos with senior stakeholders to secure project funding and approval
Provide thought leadership, best practices, and technical governance for ZTNA rollout
Act as escalation point for engineering, deployment, and troubleshooting issues
Deliver knowledge transfer to internal teams to ensure Day 2 operational readiness
Qualification
Required
6+ years in security architecture or engineering with enterprise-scale environments
3+ years Netskope experience with a focus on ZTNA, SASE, SWG, CASB, and DLP
Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), including IdP integrations (Okta, Azure AD, Ping, etc.)
Demonstrated success leading end-to-end ZTNA or secure access implementations
Ability to present technical concepts to executives and senior stakeholders
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and leadership skills
Preferred
Previous Netskope employment or deep vendor-side implementation background
Healthcare or regulated industry experience
Familiarity with SIEM/SOC integrations
