Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple electrical and MEP projects from initiation to completion
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure project requirements are met
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare and present project documentation, including reports and performance metrics
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial and manufacturing projects, specifically in data centers
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in project management, particularly within electrical and MEP sectors
Strong knowledge of low voltage systems and electrical engineering principles
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
