Responsibilities
Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary deals
Work directly with capital allocators and sponsors on live opportunities
Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close
Build a verified deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
Provide high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, thesis)
Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
Support early-stage diligence handoff (analysts handle modeling)
Qualification
Required
Operators with visibility into real transactions
Brokers and intermediaries with proprietary deal flow
Advisors, consultants, or founders close to capital needs
Networked professionals who consistently hear about deals early
