Build long-term relationships with commercial and agricultural clients by providing extensive financial analysis and guidance on business practices
Develop new business, underwriting, structuring, and closing of commercial and/or agricultural loans
Maintain and service existing loan portfolio
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Economics, or equivalent work experience
Five or more years Ag and/or Commercial lending experience preferred
Proven success in growing a loan portfolio through sound financial expertise and outstanding service
