Responsibilities

Organize weekly meetings with subs, vendors, and design team
Ensure timely delivery and secure storage of materials
Submit daily reports; escalate issues impacting schedule or budget
Enforce safety protocols, site regulations, and quality standards
Resolve site personnel issues and labor disputes
Obtain final punch list sign-off from clients/architects
Qualification
Required
NYC Superintendent's License (Required)
OSHA 30 and SST Card (Required)
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in Manhattan construction
Bachelor's degree in Construction or equivalent field experience
Strong blueprint reading and coordination skills
Resident of the NYC Metro area
