Sales Manager- B2B Government and Education
CyberCoders is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Manager to lead their Government, B2B, and Education sales initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving sales strategies, managing a dynamic team, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the education and government sectors.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the government and education sectors
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and account management strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with key government and educational institutions to drive sales growth
Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on consumer electronics and educational solutions
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operational teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in government and education sectors
Strong understanding of consumer electronics sales, preferably with photography equipment
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations
Experience with CRM systems and lead generation strategies
Strong account management skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
