Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement scalable applications using the Appian BPM platform
Work across the entire Appian stack, including process models, interfaces, data management, integrations, and security
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Appian solutions
Optimize existing Appian applications for performance and maintainability
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance to ensure smooth project delivery
Follow Appian and software development best practices to maintain high code quality
Contribute to solution architecture discussions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience developing applications on the Appian platform (minimum 1-2 years) and RPA experience of 3-5 years
Proven expertise in Appian objects, SAIL interfaces, Process Models, Record Types, CDTs, and Appian Plug-ins
Experience integrating Appian with external systems via Web APIs, REST, or SOAP services
Solid understanding of Appian architecture, configurations, and deployment processes
Ability to independently design and deliver complex Appian-based solutions
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Appian certification (Appian Certified Associate / Senior Developer) is preferred
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of Java, SQL, or other integration technologies
