Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to healthcare organizations, training departments, and academic programs

Introduce prospects to our platform and schedule meetings for our leadership team

Support marketing tasks such as email outreach, CRM updates, and follow‑up messaging

Qualify leads based on interest, organizational fit, and training needs

Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking

Collaborate with the internal team to refine outreach strategies

Qualification

Healthcare experienceOutbound calls experienceCRM tools familiarityCommunication skillsInterpersonal skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Healthcare experience is required (clinical, administrative, training, sales, or healthcare‑adjacent roles all qualify)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable speaking with decision‑makers and initiating conversations

Experience in outbound calls, appointment setting, or customer outreach

Organized, reliable, and able to manage follow‑ups independently

Preferred

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Interest in training, simulation, or educational technology is a bonus
