Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate bi-weekly payroll processing (including commissions, bonuses, and adjustments) using Isolved
Maintain payroll records by collecting, auditing, and entering data accurately
Coordinate payroll tax registration and compliance across various states
Track and reconcile commission payments; audit data and enter into CRM
Process expense reporting, including invoice review, coding, and payment
Support month-end close processes and reconciliations as assigned
Scan, organize, and maintain financial documents in accordance with internal procedures
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive financial and employee information
Provide general administrative and financial support to the Finance team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related degree program
5+ years of accounting experience
Experience with NetSuite
Understanding of multi-state payroll tax registration and compliance
Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, ideally with payroll and AP exposure
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with urgency
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential data
