Woz (YC W25) is hiring a Content Wizard to own our content strategy and execution across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The role involves building Woz’s content engine, educating and inspiring builders, and making Woz culturally relevant in the entrepreneurship space.

Excellent at content creation (especially short form)
Post regularly and have a deep intuition for what goes viral and what converts
Have built a meaningful following (or have a strong portfolio that proves you can)
Are scrappy, ambitious, and hungry
Experiment with AI tools daily (Claude Code, CapCut, etc.)
