Responsibilities
Validate the accuracy, tone, and reasoning of AI-generated text
Edit and refine text to ensure coherence, naturalness, and logical flow
Generate structured reasoning chains that clearly justify ground-truth decisions
Apply logic and linguistic consistency to complex customer-agent scenarios
Follow project guidelines to maintain consistency and quality standards
Meet weekly productivity and quality benchmarks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Fluency in English
Excellent command of written English; experience refining text for clarity, tone, and precision
Familiarity with composing or refining AI prompts, evaluating AI outputs, or improving model responses
Strong analytical and deductive thinking; able to construct multi-step reasoning that explains how conclusions are reached
Understanding of online shopping terminology and customer interaction types
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a remote setup
Able to work efficiently within browser-based tools and annotation platforms
