Data and IT Support Specialist
Sacred Heart Center is seeking a Data and IT Support Specialist who will manage data in the Apricot system and provide essential IT support. The role involves data management, report generation, collaboration with staff, and maintaining IT equipment while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
Input and manage data in the Apricot (Social Solutions) system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity
Pull, analyze, and generate standard and ad hoc reports from Apricot and other data sources to track program performance, service utilization, and compliance requirements
Support program evaluation and data-driven decision-making through reporting, analysis, and data summaries
Collaborate with staff, program coordinators, and Directors to collect, maintain, and validate program-related data, metrics, dashboards, and reports
Identify data discrepancies, resolve processing issues, and escalate complex data or system problems to supervisors or appropriate technical staff as needed
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive client and organizational information
Train staff on data entry standards and best practices, providing ongoing system and technical support
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of computers, printers, and other IT equipment
Ensure all IT equipment is up to date with required software updates, security patches, and system configurations alongside our contracted IT support
Provide in-person and remote IT support for staff experiencing hardware or software issues
Manage and maintain the inventory of all IT equipment, including ordering, tracking, lifecycle management, and secure disposal or recycling of outdated or non-functional assets

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Bilingual in Spanish and English, bicultural
Proficiency in using Apricot (Social Solutions) or similar data management systems
Strong IT troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Self-starter and highly motivated
Highly organized, analytical, IT-competent – proficient with Microsoft Office suite and other common software applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail, a strong customer service focus, excellent follow-up, and an ability to work with diverse groups in a courteous and professional manner
Ability to work independently, organize, and prioritize assignments
Strong problem-solving and project-management skills
Ability to perform several tasks concurrently, time management and organizational Skills
