Regional Facilities Project Manager - Southeast

Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the new office building and infrastructure
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for services such as cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, security, and landscaping
Manage access control, office security systems, and safety protocols
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs
Coordinate office layout changes, seating assignments, and space planning in collaboration with department heads
Oversee office equipment, furniture, and utilities to ensure optimal function and appearance
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with facility service providers
Monitor and track facilities budgets, invoices, and expenditures
Serve as the main point of contact for employee facility-related concerns and requests
Assist in onboarding new employees by arranging workspaces, badges, and supplies
Organize internal events, office moves, and emergency response drills
Coordinate with IT for facility-related tech needs, such as meeting room equipment or internet services

Required

5-7 years of experience in office or facilities management
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and health/safety regulations
