Digital Experience Coordinator (Hybrid NYC)

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Digital Experience Coordinator to manage and analyze digital marketing channels. The role involves executing marketing strategies, collaborating across teams, and ensuring effective digital presence and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain daily digital marketing calendars and marketing plans
Utilize reporting and analytics tools—including but not limited to Google Analytics, Excel, Shopify, and Klaviyo—to gain actionable insights and provide optimization recommendations, with a willingness to continuously learn and apply digital analytics in daily work
Execute tactical tasks such as product setup, site content setup, onsite merchandising, digital content briefing, copywriting, creative feedback management, and promo planning and setup
Assist in executing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting recaps across ecommerce and digital channels (e.g., TikTok Shop)
Support management of day to day relationships with third party vendors
Assist in planning, expanding, and executing the ecommerce roadmap, including new vendor onboarding, site and email A/B testing, new site feature development, TikTok Shop growth, and development of exclusive collaborations or products
Manage relationships with web development partners, ensuring timelines and requirements are met and best practices followed across all onsite projects
Manage inventory, catalog maintenance, and SKU creation and organization for all digital channels
Provide ongoing reporting and optimization recommendations for digital experience channels
Work cross functionally with marketing, social, and brand teams to brainstorm, collaborate, and align initiatives
Participate in cross functional working sessions to ensure cohesive messaging, copy, creative, and execution across the digital ecosystem
Conduct competitive research reporting and monitor industry and CPG landscape shifts, translating insights into actionable recommendations

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
Demonstrated organization, attention to detail, and strong time management skills
Strong bias for action; self driven and able to work independently and take ownership
Copywriting experience and strong written communication skills required
Analytically savvy: comfortable learning and using digital analytics tools
Strong analytical and creative skills, with the ability to summarize learnings, seek answers, and make recommendations from raw data
Experience with reporting suites such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
Experience using Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
Collaborative and communicative: strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and work across teams
Independent, organized, and motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

Preferred

Concentration in Marketing or Statistics
Experience in the beauty or retail industry
Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo
Passion for the beauty and CPG landscape
