Responsibilities
Blend strategy with day-to-day digital activities and operations
Help build and deliver an outstanding brand experience to members and prospects
Interact with the Digital and Brand Marketing teams, as well as other internal teams and external groups
Represent IHMVCU with professionalism
Be responsible for digital and member engagement strategies, tactical decisions and execution
Provide options for strategic planning and take ownership for execution
Work closely with vendors and make decisions on their work
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of proven digital marketing experience
Experience in marketing automation platforms required, CRM and email marketing
Designing and developing a digital strategy including social media, campaign tactics and reporting
Must have SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics experience
Experience in leading creative projects and campaigns from concept to launch
Excellent project management skills with an ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple concurrent projects efficiently
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with the ability to use data to inform all decisions
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to act independently within guidelines and scope of task
Ability to communicate effectively with members, co-workers, and the public
Must present a professional, business-like manner and appearance
Preferred
Adobe Campaign Standard experience a plus
Knowledge of a financial organization preferred
Advanced knowledge of design programs such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoShop a plus
