This role works closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, performant systems that support the company’s day-to-day operations and long-term technical goals.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and configure applications to support business processes and application requirements
Lead the end-to-end process of designing, building, and rolling out applications
Write clean, testable, scalable, and efficient code while setting and enforcing coding standards
Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing practices, and continuous improvement
Architect and guide the development of end-to-end systems optimized for speed, reliability, and scale
Develop application business logic using JavaScript/TypeScript and Go
Build modern web application interfaces using ReactJS and TailwindCSS
Collaborate with designers, front-end engineers, and back-end engineers to deliver reliable APIs and user experiences
Work effectively across time zones using Slack, Jira, documentation, and regular video collaboration
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Software Engineer
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Go
Experience building scalable web applications with ReactJS
Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, and performance optimization
Experience leading or contributing to application design and technical decision-making
Ability to write maintainable, testable, and production-ready code
Strong communication and collaboration skills in distributed teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
