Overseeing day-to-day operations and maintaining a smooth workflow
Being the face of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest relations and true hospitality
Handling reports and analyzing sales, labor, and food costs to maximize results
Managing food safety and quality assurance, including inspections for health and safety compliance
Leading hiring, training, coaching, and development efforts for a stellar team
Staying engaged with and contributing positively to the community
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in Fast Casual, QSR or Pizza or similar restaurant concepts
A friendly and positive attitude with the ability to multitask and handle dynamic restaurant environments effectively
Proven experience in training and developing a team
A demonstrated ability to grow sales and guest loyalty through excellent service and operations
