Responsibilities

Act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams, owning all client communication and relationship health
Define 2–4 monthly SMART goals per client in Asana and HubSpot, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
Lead structured client meetings (weekly/biweekly), setting clear expectations, sharing updates, and driving decision-making
Send weekly recap emails with highlights, blockers, deliverables, and action items to ensure visibility and accountability
Collaborate with Project Managers and Specialists to align project timelines, technical feasibility, and task prioritization
Review and deliver monthly performance reports with a strategic narrative, including KPIs, trends, and recommended actions
Provide one strategic recommendation per week based on campaign data, market shifts, or channel performance
Conduct a mid-month audit across all active client initiatives to detect risks, misalignments, or necessary course corrections
Escalate major blockers to the Director of Client Success and proactively propose resolution paths
Continuously monitor performance metrics across SEO, paid media, content, and CRM to inform optimizations
Maintain a ≥80% completion rate of monthly objectives and ≥90% on-time delivery rate for assigned accounts
Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to increase client account value by at least 10% over time

Required

Experienced
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
4+ years of experience as an Account Manager, managing digital marketing, creative, or content-driven accounts with measurable impact
Experience working with agencies focused on content production, growth strategy, or performance marketing
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional remote teams, manage priorities, and drive execution autonomously
Understanding of paid media, SEO, CRO, email/CRM, and full-funnel marketing performance
High proficiency in Asana (task management), HubSpot (CRM/tickets), and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Skilled in creating performance reports and extracting strategic insights from marketing KPIs and client data
Fluent in English and Spanish (C1+), both written and verbal, for client calls, reports, and documentation
Client-first attitude with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and handle complex conversations
Capable of identifying growth opportunities, recommending optimizations, and aligning tactical execution with business goals
Proactive in identifying blockers, proposing solutions, and managing conflict or ambiguity with professionalism
Familiarity with Slack (internal comms), Notion, ClickUp, or Monday.com (workflow & documentation tools)

Preferred

Relevant certifications in digital marketing, project management, or CRM tools are a plus
HubSpot Certifications – In marketing, sales, or CRM implementation
Project Management Credentials – Certifications such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP that demonstrate structured execution capabilities
Performance Optimization Experience – Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO), funnel architecture, or data-driven analytics
