Responsibilities
Verifies that materials produced by a machine match the machine's job ticket
Ensures address blocks and barcodes meet postal regulations
Reviews the font size, quality of print, and populated text of Laser department output
Reviews the fold measurements and tray tags of Bindery department output
Reviews the sealing, postage, and package contents of Mailing department output
Notifies the operator and applicable supervisor immediately when any discrepancy is discovered
Learns all SOPs for the Quality, Mailing, Laser, and Bindery departments
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
One to two years' relevant experience
Proficiency with common office equipment and Microsoft Office applications
