10+ years expGenesis10 is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Executive Director, Product Manager to lead the roadmap and delivery of trade capture and valuation platforms for their Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities (FICC) business. This role will establish and scale the new Product Owner department, define governance frameworks, and drive enterprise alignment to deliver competitive advantage, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across global markets.

Responsibilities
Set the product vision and multi-year strategy for trade capture and valuation platforms, aligning with trading, risk, and regulatory objectives
Build and lead the Product Management department, including hiring, mentoring, and establishing operating models and governance
Develop and own the portfolio roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that align with business needs
Champion modernization initiatives, including automation of trade workflows and scalable architecture adoption
Partner with stakeholders across trading desks, risk management, finance, and technology teams to ensure strategic alignment and adoption
Build strong relationships with FICC business leaders and enterprise partners to ensure alignment and adoption
Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance, risk mitigation, and trader experience improvements
Apply Agile and SAFe principles to improve delivery efficiency and transparency across global teams
Own the regulatory roadmap (ECB, MiFID II, Dodd-Frank) and internal risk frameworks
Partner with compliance and risk teams to embed controls into product design and delivery
Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments in trade capture, valuation methodologies, and risk analytics
Drive initiatives to enhance performance, reduce operational risk, and improve trader experience
Provide clear and timely updates on product launches, major releases, and performance outcomes to internal leadership and business stakeholders
Promote data-driven decision-making, benefit tracking, and continuous feedback loops across the product lifecycle
Qualification
Required
10 years of experience in product management or ownership within investment banking or trading technology
Deep understanding of FICC products (Rates, Credit, FX, Commodities) and trade capture/valuation workflows
Deep expertise with trade booking systems, valuation engines, market data integration, and risk platforms
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe experience preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, or related field
