They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support related to price quotes, order processing, warranty claims, and billing inquiries.

Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing general customer service support
Provide part, pump, and motor price quotes to customers
Process part and pump orders and provide order status updates
Maintain and update Quote Log and Production Order Tracking databases
Perform order entry using ERP-LX (Order Entry) system
Process change orders including address updates, schedule changes, and carrier changes
Assist with warranty claim processing
Support credit memo and no-charge order requirements
Prepare customer communication folders
Assist Sales teams with customer-related support activities
Interface with customers to help resolve AR collections dispute issues
Understand and comply with export compliance requirements
Adhere to ISO9001 customer service procedures and work instructions
Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
Qualification
Required
Strong phone-based customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Solid financial and accounting knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience working with ERP or CRM systems
High School Diploma required
1–3 years of customer service or related experience
Preferred
SAP experience or CRM experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
Experience with ticketing or service management systems is a plus
Associate's degree or some college coursework preferred
