Determine what constitutes a valid attestation as required in rules R19-4-111(E) and R19-4-221(1)
Spend a little bit of time reading the rules
Meet with ADG staff to see examples of attestations sent to us so far
Prepare a short memo outlining the criteria we should apply to an attestation that we receive to determine if it's valid
Qualification
Required
CPA is required
Experience CPA to consult on attestations
