Member Services Greeter
Sparks Group has partnered with a well-established credit union to seek a friendly, customer-focused Member Services Greeter to support daily branch operations. This role is responsible for creating a strong first impression for members, assisting with basic inquiries, and ensuring efficient lobby flow.

Responsibilities
Welcome members as they enter the branch and create a warm, professional first impression
Assist members with basic questions and direct them to the appropriate staff or service area
Manage lobby traffic flow to ensure members receive timely assistance
Support members in using self-service options such as PTMs or online/mobile banking tools
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment
Follow all credit union policies, security procedures, and confidentiality standards
Promote a positive member experience and reinforce the credit union’s service values
Perform additional duties as assigned by branch management
Qualification
Required
Prior customer service experience in retail, hospitality, banking, or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor with a member-first mindset
Ability to multitask and manage multiple interactions in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable learning and guiding members through basic technology tools
