Responsibilities
Develop and enhance Infor Workbrain WFM modules
Configure pay rules, validations, accruals, and entitlements
Build custom forms and workflows
Design and support HR and clock integrations
Write and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
Develop Workbrain extensions using Java and J2EE
Support upgrades and on premises environments
Troubleshoot production issues
Collaborate with business and technical teams
Document technical solutions and processes
Qualification
Required
5 to 7 years hands on Infor Workbrain experience (MAX 10 YoE. We are not looking for an overly senior-level candidate)
Strong Java and J2EE development background
Advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills
Experience with retail or large workforce environments
Knowledge of US labor and time compliance
Agile delivery experience
Strong communication skills
Experience working in hybrid team environments
