Responsibilities
Manage and oversee multiple concurrent projects to achieve overarching program goals
Develop, implement, and maintain detailed program schedules from inception through delivery
Establish and communicate the program roadmap, including milestones, progress updates, development challenges, and success metrics
Identify, assess, and monitor program risks; implement mitigation strategies as needed
Continuously evaluate opportunities for improving cost efficiency, performance, and delivery timelines
Build, manage, and track program budgets
Facilitate effective communication and alignment across project teams and business units
Lead stakeholder engagement and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle
Maintain awareness of industry trends, business conditions, and internal practices that may impact program execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Project Management) or equivalent experience
Proven experience managing complex, multi‑project programs as an individual contributor
Demonstrated success with program planning, execution, reporting, and budget management
Strong ability to manage risk and drive resolution of cross‑functional issues
Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder‑management skills
Experience working within a regulated industry (e.g., medical device, pharmaceutical, aerospace); medical device experience strongly preferred
Preferred
Formal project/program management certification (PMP, PgMP, Agile, etc.)
Experience with structured development processes, quality systems, and compliance‑driven documentation
Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment
