Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of strategic marketing and sales initiatives to drive customer acquisition and brand growth
Engage directly with consumers at promotional events to enhance brand visibility and foster positive customer interactions
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate innovative campaign ideas, ensuring fresh and impactful customer outreach strategies
Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm, building lasting relationships with customers and community members
Guide new customers through registration and onboarding processes, providing seamless and engaging experiences
Collect and analyze marketing and sales performance data to optimize future campaigns and improve overall effectiveness
Contribute to a high-energy, results-driven team culture that values collaboration, continuous learning, and professional development
Qualification
Required
Are 18 years or older
Have reliable transportation (on-site role in Nashville)
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Are self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
Have work authorization in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus — but no experience is required!
