gpac is partnering with a well-established law firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to identify a Transactional Business & Finance Associate Attorney. This role involves supporting a busy business and finance practice, working on various transactional matters including commercial agreements and corporate governance, while offering meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction.

Responsibilities
Draft and review commercial contracts, operating agreements, and corporate documents
Assist with business formations, governance, and restructuring matters
Support finance transactions, including lending and secured transactions
Perform due diligence and assist with closings
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex transactional matters
Communicate with clients, lenders, and opposing counsel
Manage multiple matters and deadlines efficiently
Qualification
Required
2-8 years of transactional experience in business, corporate, or finance law
Experience with commercial contracts and general corporate matters
Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Pennsylvania Bar admission required
Preferred
Exposure to finance or lending transactions preferred
