Responsibilities
Supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all guests
Provides daily direction and training to Outfitters and prepares task lists
Oversees department product and supplies orders preventing out of stocks
Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, safety and sanitation guidelines, federal/state/local laws and ordinances
Demonstrates knowledge of the entire food and beverage menu and its preparation
Receive and process payments through point-of-sale register
Clean and maintain all brewing equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly
Support and maintain inventory of all supplies and food products utilized in the coffee shop
Remains knowledgeable of all current promotions for the coffee shop and the retail store
Maintains cleanliness, sanitation and organization of the work area and coffee shop
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
Qualification
Required
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Excellent organization skills and attention to details
Ability to utilize recipes to create customer orders
Ability to maintain a neat and clean workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability to new processes and procedures
Preferred
Preferred Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent
