Office Assistant
Mary's Woods is a non-profit senior living community seeking an Office Assistant to support their Housekeeping department. The role involves performing various administrative and clerical duties, ensuring effective communication and organization within the team.

Responsibilities
Answer calls from residents regarding housekeeping schedules and other inquiries
Perform clerical tasks as assigned - including scheduling, record keeping, and filing
Keep office supplies organized, readily available, and accessible for all members of the Environmental Services Team
Assist in the creation and delivery of correspondence informing residents of housekeeping-related items
Schedule maintenance for daily housekeeping schedule, adjusting as needed throughout the day
Able to relate positively and favorably to staff, residents, and families and to work as a team with other employees at all levels
Ability to multi-task and use maintenance work order software (WorxHub)
Works independently and follows key objective and strategies with ability to solve problems, assess risks, and make decisions responsibly
Create an environment that acknowledges, encourages, and celebrates differences
Function and communicates effectively and respectfully within the context of varying beliefs, behaviors, orientations, identities, and cultural backgrounds

Qualification
Required
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties

Education and/or experience equivalent to the completion of a High School Diploma or GED
Minimum one year of experience in administrative clerical tasks or a client-facing scheduling role
