Responsibilities
Define the north-star user experience for Sure Jake across mobile and web
Shape the overall UX architecture of a creator-first social platform
Ensure all features connect into a coherent, scalable system
Establish the design principles, interaction patterns, and experience philosophy
Set the aesthetic and experiential bar for a premium consumer product
Ensure consistency across profiles, feeds, monetisation, and engagement tools
Define and visualise the full Sure Jake product experience through high-quality UX concepts, key screens displaying core features and a clickable prototype
Communicate the full platform vision
Make the opportunity tangible for investors
Translate complex functionality into intuitive, compelling experiences
Work closely with the Founder on strategy and vision
Guide and mentor a Senior UX Designer responsible for execution
Act as the final UX authority for major product decisions
Qualification
Required
10+ years experience in UX, product design, or design leadership
Proven experience designing consumer-facing platforms (social, marketplace, content, gaming, or media)
Strong portfolio showing systems-level thinking, not just isolated screens
Experience taking products from early concept to large-scale vision
Deep understanding of mobile-first UX
Comfortable working in ambiguity and shaping direction from first principles
Ability to think commercially, not just creatively
