Inside Sales Representative
DMC Recruitment Group is a well-established, privately held leader in industrial distribution seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support continued growth in the Kansas City market. The role involves driving revenue by developing new business and supporting existing customers while ensuring a seamless sales experience.

Responsibilities
Proactively develop new customer accounts through outbound calls, prospecting, referrals, and networking
Support and grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to expand share of wallet
Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales
Build strong, trusted customer relationships through product knowledge and responsive service
Maintain and grow technical understanding of performance plastics, applications, and solutions
Conduct regular outbound customer touches to drive engagement and repeat business
Collaborate with the broader branch team to support overall sales and service goals
Qualification
Required
Inside sales or customer-facing experience in distribution, industrial products, or a related field
A strong customer-service mindset with excellent communication skills
A proactive, positive attitude and a desire to grow in sales
Comfort making outbound calls and engaging customers by phone and email
Ability to work collaboratively while also managing individual responsibilities
Preferred
Industry experience in industrial distribution is an asset, but not required
