Director of Sales
CREO Industrial Arts is a custom fabricator that has been producing high-end architectural products for over 40 years. The Director of Sales is responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the Environmental Graphics and Exhibits Divisions.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and long-term growth objectives
Drive new business development and identify opportunities for revenue growth, market expansion, and diversification
Assign clients and project opportunities based on territory plans and overall account strategy
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business through Account Executive relationships with key customers
Champion an exceptional customer experience and represent the company professionally in the marketplace
Establish sales targets, quotas, and KPIs; monitor performance and provide accurate revenue forecasting
Build, implement, and continuously improve sales processes, pipelines, and effective CRM utilization
Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales and estimating team members
Assess individual performance and identify skill development needs
Provide ongoing coaching on active opportunities and selling strategies
Develop, manage, and administer commission and incentive plans
Assign and balance estimating workload to ensure timely, accurate, and competitive proposal support
Collaboratively with Account Executives, Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
Identify and evaluate target markets
Create strategies to penetrate high-value markets
Partner with marketing to increase brand presence and lead generation
Evaluate results and adjust tactics to achieve sales objectives
Develop and maintain effective pricing strategies across all markets to support profitability and competitiveness
Review and approve pricing and proposals prior to submission to ensure alignment with margin and business objectives
Align sales strategy with operational capacity to support profitable growth and reliable project execution
Participate as a member of the Management Team, contributing to company-wide planning and strategic decision-making
Collaborate with other department leaders to improve business processes and support successful project execution
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity to guide strategic decisions
Evaluate and implement tools, technologies, and systems to improve sales effectiveness, reporting, and visibility
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to executive leadership
Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 7+ years of progressive sales experience, including leadership roles
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience building and scaling sales teams and processes
Strong analytical, forecasting, and CRM skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Preferred
Sales Certifications (Sandle Miller Heiman, SPIN Selling)
Industry Experience in: Architectural / Environmental Graphics, and Exhibits
