IT Maintenance Specialist
KeenLogic is seeking an IT Maintenance Specialist to support the United States Senate on a multi-year Information Technology Support program. This role focuses on hands-on IT maintenance and end-user device support, ensuring continuity of operations across Senate offices.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end hardware support for HP, Microsoft Surface, and Apple devices, including diagnosis, component-level repair, and maintenance of system boards, RAM, SSD/HDDs, and peripherals
Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for part replacements, warranty services, and hardware-related support
Deliver white-glove onsite and remote technical support with clear, professional communication
Install, configure, and support software in Windows 11 and macOS, including Microsoft Office, Teams, Duo, and Adobe products
Accurately document resolutions and manage support tickets using ServiceNow
Manage multiple support requests, prioritize tasks, and escalate complex issues as appropriate
Maintain strong knowledge of Senate IT policies, procedures, and security requirements
Ensure hardware and software configurations remain compliant with organizational standards
Qualification
Required
Must be able to pass a Senate background check and be eligible for Senate Office Building access
6+ years of IT maintenance or advanced end-user support experience
Strong customer service and communication skills, including executive-level support
Hands-on experience supporting Windows 11 and macOS environments
Experience working within enterprise IT environments
