The role involves working with multiple telephony providers, configuring Direct Routing with Avaya Clients, and implementing telephony solutions in a Microsoft Teams environment.

Responsibilities

Experience of working with Multiple Voice/Telephony providers/infrastructure
Experience of working on a global rollout of telephony infrastructure for a contact center
Experience of Direct Routing configuration with Avaya Clients, and experience of working in Avaya PBX/ and IVR
Understanding of Telephony implementation in a Microsoft Teams Infrastructure environment, and experience of Teams administration
Experience of working with SIP providers and or working with voice carriers for establishing call forwarding options etc
Experience of Compliance and legal requirements around telephony based on regional requirements
Experience of working on Microsoft D365 Contact Center is nice to have
