Own HR systems administration and optimization, ensuring data integrity, system effectiveness, and reliable reporting
Partner closely with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of employee changes and transactions
Prepare leadership‑ready reports and presentations with clear findings and recommendations
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development to align data and insights with business priorities
Track inquiry trends and feedback to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery
Qualification
Required
8+ years of HR experience
3+ years in HR operations leadership
