Onsite - HR Assistant

This role involves centralizing and automating manual tasks necessary for hiring an hourly workforce and executing administrative tasks while ensuring quality audits of outsourced vendors.

Responsibilities
Manage and own daily tasks from start to finish
Escalate issues with processes or tools required to complete tasks
Perform quality audits of outsourced vendors
Facilitate reporting and communications to the broad team, including leadership
Apply good judgment in ambiguous scenarios when the path is not clear
Think big to drive process and product improvements on behalf of onboarding and our candidates
Serve as a liaison between field teams and centralized support services
Import and export data within various software platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Manage all backend processes related to application creation and candidate compliance information
Handle sensitive information and documents with strict confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations
Utilize Excel extensively, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, to analyze and organize HR data
Develop and maintain data management systems and streamline workflows
Conduct regular data audits to resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity
Assist in the development and improvement of data management procedures and policies
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Previous experience in HR support roles is advantageous
