Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and hire top technical talent for Zscaler
Partner closely with hiring managers to create and drive recruiting strategies for world-class engineering teams
Collaborate, advise, and support hiring teams from recruitment kickoff meetings through candidate negotiation and close
Champion and implement inclusive hiring practices with urgency and thoughtful execution
Build and cultivate quality candidate pipelines across a variety of technical searches in a competitive talent environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training
5+ years of in-house recruiting experience within the tech industry
Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, other sourcing tools, and niche job boards
Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to lead and manage complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Demonstrated ability to generate enthusiasm about opportunities to prospective candidates
Preferred
Specialized experience recruiting for AI/ML engineering, data science, Managed Detection and Response, or research roles
Demonstrated achievement in inclusive hiring practices and building highly targeted, diverse talent pipelines
Background working in both large companies and start-up environments
