Randstad is seeking a mission-driven Financial Services Associate to join their Grand Heights team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on financial products and contract provisions while serving as the primary point of contact for customers, brokers, and agents.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, brokers, and agents, resolving inquiries via phone and written correspondence with empathy and precision
Accurately process monetary transactions and policy adjustments within assigned limits
Identify and research routine errors, implementing corrective processing to maintain the accuracy of our records and reports
Stay current on federal and state regulations, as well as evolving company product provisions

Qualification

Financial services experienceInsurance knowledgeComputer systems navigationCustomer service skillsEmpathy

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of professional experience
Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems (PC/CRT) simultaneously

Preferred

Experience within the insurance or financial services industry (specifically with annuities or mutual funds)
