Answer incoming phone calls and solve problems from customers regarding order status and product questions
Trace outbound customer shipments, providing proof of delivery when needed
Process orders received via fax/email/web and phone
Process customer credits and return authorizations
Complete other duties assigned by management
Maintain a professional attitude at all times
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
3 or more years of Customer Service, sales, or telephone experience required
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Front line problem solving ability with a sense of urgency
Knowledge of basic PC and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional and upbeat telephone voice
Strong ability to multitask
Ability to type 45-50 wpm
Be able to work a 10-key calculator is required
Knowledge of basic PC, Microsoft office programs
Preferred
Familiarity with Oracle applications a plus
