Responsibilities
Sort and verify accuracy of Night Audit work (primarily receivables)
Post city ledger payments in property management system, reconcile and bill all city ledger accounts
Perform follow-up billing and credit collection documentation and inform Controller of any potential uncollected accounts
Assist in reconciling open account status items
Assist with processing all approved AP invoices for payment ensuring that all signatures and backup is attached
Speak with previous/current guests and resolve billing inquires and issues
Qualification
Required
At least one (1) year of hotel accounting experience required
Microsoft Excel Experience
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to operate personal computer and calculator
Mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations
At least two (2) years customer service experience
Preferred
Experience with PEP-Hilton Property Management System a plus
