Responsibilities
Perform production packaging in compliance with cGMP standards
Conduct testing of production lot packaging for quality assurance
Complete documentation and participate in training activities
Handle materials, perform cleaning, and maintain organized workstations
Collaborate with Warehouse and Manufacturing Engineering departments to improve cleanroom processes
Record daily/weekly production output and report current production issues
Perform packaging performance testing and support rework activities as needed
Maintain compliance with ISO, FDA, and QSR guidelines
Execute additional tasks assigned by the Packaging Manager
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, Trade School Graduate, or GED required
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry
Minimum 3–5 years of experience working in an ISO Class 7 or better cleanroom
Knowledge of ISO, FDA, and QSR concepts and guidelines required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, managers, and support staff
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and team-oriented approach
Ability to follow instructions, schedules, and timelines while managing multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain compliance in a regulated environment
