Critically analyze and interpret legal documents
Professionally communicate with a network of Attorneys
Use company templates to draft Pro Se answers
Make attorney requested edits as needed
Deliver final answer with filing instructions to the client
Manage and prioritize workload via company CRM software
Answer consumer questions in rare circumstances
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Degree or equivalent experience
Paralegal Certification or Degree
Critically analyze and interpret legal documents
Professionally communicate with a network of Attorneys
Use company templates to draft Pro Se answers
Make attorney requested edits as needed
Deliver final answer with filing instructions to the client
Manage and prioritize workload via company CRM software
Answer consumer questions in rare circumstances
Communicate both verbally and in written format at an intermediate level
Effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
General knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Outlook
Preferred
1 year or more experience as Paralegal drafting pleadings
Experience in FDCPA guidelines
