Responsibilities
Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements
Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time, and form of desired results. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirements specifications
Provides consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist of most phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment
Qualification
Required
16+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience; or a current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
16 Years BA experience
16+ yrs Software Development Lifecycle experience
16+ yrs requirements gathering and documentation
16+ yrs MS Office/PowerPoint experience
Working knowledge of writing functional, technical and performance requirements in software development environment
Possess excellent communication and writing skills
Experience with Data Analysis Tools and Technologies, such as IBM Knowledge Center Bus Analysis Guide; Curam Data Dictionary
Possess hands on Systems/Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience
Experience in producing deliverable quality documents
Professional experience with MS Office applications, MS Project and Visio
Professional exp. With Curam software V6 or higher
PM experience in Change and Release management disciplines related to testing, updating and integrating hardware and software technologies
Proven experience with driving functional design sessions
Proven experience with project management methodologies
Preferred
Experience working with Microstrategy, HP Exstream, Tableau, Curam, JIRA and Salesforce
