Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent for corporate and executive-level positions
Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership, providing market insights and influencing decisions
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for exempt and corporate roles
Project Management: Lead multiple concurrent hiring projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
Employer Branding: Represent the company’s evolving culture and values, delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Qualification
Required
5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or similar industries
Proven ability to manage executive-level searches and influence stakeholders
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to push back tactfully when needed
Demonstrated project management expertise and ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
Proficiency with ATS platforms and modern sourcing strategies
Highly proactive and results-driven
Thick skin and resilience in navigating complex organizational dynamics
Go-getter personality with adaptability to change and ambiguity
Ability to challenge hiring managers constructively while maintaining strong relationships
Polished communicator with executive presence
