Responsibilities
Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns with accuracy and efficiency
Conduct thorough reviews of financial records to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
Perform in-depth research on tax-related issues to provide informed recommendations
Utilize UltraTax software to streamline tax preparation and filing processes
Leverage QuickBooks to manage and maintain financial data effectively
Collaborate with clients and team members to address tax inquiries and provide solutions
Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax documents
Assist in identifying opportunities for tax planning and optimization
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and industry standards
Maintain organized documentation and records to support audits and reviews
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in preparing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
Proficiency in UltraTax software for tax preparation and filing
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for financial management
Familiarity with tax laws and regulations governing various types of returns
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex tax issues
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
