Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes
Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
Maintain the general ledger and oversee account reconciliations
Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Analyze inventory, asset sales, and cost trends tied to equipment lifecycle activities
Assist with audits and ensure GAAP compliance
Identify process improvements in accounting workflows
Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, operations, logistics, and leadership teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and month‑end close
Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
Ability to work on‑site in Woonsocket, RI
Strong communication skills and a proactive, analytical mindset
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, logistics, or asset‑heavy businesses a plus
