Responsibilities
Manage complex calendar scheduling and prioritization for the CEO, ensuring time is aligned with key business priorities
Support CEO-led projects by tracking details, coordinating timelines, and driving follow-through
Draft, edit, and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and discretion
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups to support effective decision-making
Act as a trusted point of coordination across teams, helping information flow smoothly
Support hybrid office operations, including in-office coordination and onsite logistics in Cleveland
Partner with the People Team to create a welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace experience
Play a hands-on role in planning and executing the move into our future Cleveland office space
Manage office vendors, supplies, and ongoing workplace needs as the role evolves
Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative support as needed
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience supporting a C-suite executive in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting communications on behalf of senior leaders
A strong familiarity with Google Suites
A high level of discretion, sound judgment, and proven ability to handle confidential information
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with interest in supporting office operations and evolving workplace experiences
