Responsibilities
Lead the annual survey process, including design, testing, deployment, and respondent troubleshooting
Build longitudinal datasets, manage data dictionaries, and perform statistical analyses to identify industry trends
Create Tableau dashboards and author reports, academic articles, and presentations for diverse stakeholders
Act as the primary data expert for internal teams and external regulatory/accreditation bodies
Conduct literature reviews and contribute to the design of original research studies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of professional research experience
Proficiency in Qualtrics
Proficiency in Tableau
Proficiency in SPSS
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong academic writing
Data visualization
Ability to manage complex project timelines
Preferred
